After completing the course students will be able to:

  • analyze  costs and cost variances,

  • prepare budgets using zero-based and incremental methods,

  • mke short – term decisions using break-even analysis,

  • understand the division between financial and management accounting.

Izabela Zimoch - Konpacka

She has many years of managerial experience in external and internal audit as well as a board member and financial director in the new technologies and media industry. For 10 years she has been conducting trainings and non-standard projects for large entities. She specializes in English-language financial certification trainings (ACCA, CIA CIA), as well as proprietary risk and fraud risk management programs, and painlessly introduces humanities to the world of finance. An economist by profession, by passion - curious about the world. Enthusiast of combining remote areas of knowledge - finance and marketing. An avid propagator of design thinking and agile. Intrepid traveler on bumpy UX / CX trails.

A graduate of post-graduate studies "Business Psychology for Managers" at the ALK in Warsaw and a participant in another school of business trainers in her career. She won, among others international qualifications ACCA, CIA, CFE and AgileBA. Certified proficiency in fraud.

Author of publications in the monthly "Rachunkowość": "Abuse in the sales department" (March 2017), "Abuse and fraud of employees" (November 2012), "Abuse and fraud at the top of the company's ladder" (June 2011).
